About Me

I love good food and good times…
I am a 50 year young second year student working towards a BASc in Nutrition and Food. In a nutshell I left Canada in 1996 for what was intended to be a year in Asia, before I know it that year turned into 25 and despite having had a great adventure and a wonderful life, I always regretted not getting a degree, I often thought about it over the years but there were always obstacles in the way: I didn’t know what I wanted to study, I was raising three awesome humans, we didn’t have the money at the time or  we were on the verge of moving countries, so now after the longest gap year ever here I go…
